daily mornings in our house always include miso toast. simple nourishing and so easy.
We make a our miso spread about every three to four days in small amounts so we cut down on the waste.
thinly sliced cucumbers
miso spread ingredients
2 tbsp. shiro miso
1 tbsp. tahini
1 tbsp. or maybe a bit more hot water
roasted garlic (optional)
In a blender ( we use a cup attachment) combine miso, tahini, water and roasted garlic if using and blend until smooth. you might need add a little more water until you get your desired consistency
store in a jar. lasts about 5 days in the fridge
toast your sourdough spread with miso, top with cucumber, dust w/ black pepper + turmeric and top with micro greens.
